1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how BLOX collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our account linking and verification services.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.1 What data we collect

We deliberately keep the amount of personal data we store to a minimum. We only store the following information in our own databases:

• Discord User ID - used as the primary identifier to store your account connections and settings.
• Discord email address - used to contact you regarding changes to your account or important changes to the Website or Service.
• Roblox User IDs - used to record which Roblox accounts are connected to your Discord account (up to the maximum number of accounts allowed per user by the Service, currently up to 15 Roblox accounts).

We do not store passwords for Discord or Roblox, and we do not store more information than necessary to operate the Service.

2.2 Data obtained from public APIs

To provide the Service, we may access and process information that is made available through official and/or public APIs provided by Discord and Roblox. This may include, for example:

• Username, display name, avatar, and basic profile information,
• Information about Roblox groups you are a member of,
• Information required to verify ownership of a Roblox account and link it to your Discord account.

Where possible, such information is only processed temporarily and not stored permanently beyond what is necessary to maintain account connections, logs required for security, or features you explicitly enable.

3. How we use your data

We use the stored and processed data strictly for the following purposes:

• To allow you to connect one Discord account with up to 15 Roblox accounts.
• To verify your Discord account on Discord servers that require a linked Roblox account in order to gain access.
• To add you to Roblox groups automatically when:
  • you explicitly confirm this again on Discord during the verification process
  • you explicitly enable this feature in your Website settings
• To send email notifications about:
  • changes to your account connections or verification status
  • important updates to the Website or Service that may affect your account
• To maintain and improve the security, stability and performance of the Service (for example, by keeping security logs and diagnostics).

We do not send promotional emails unrelated to the Service. Specifically, we do not send marketing emails about products, services or categories outside of account linking and verification services.

4. Legal bases for processing (if you are in the EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract - when processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested (e.g. linking your Discord and Roblox accounts, verifying your memberships).
• Legitimate interests - such as securing our systems, preventing abuse, and improving the Service, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent - in particular for optional features such as automatic joining of Roblox groups. You may withdraw consent at any time via your settings (which will not affect processing that has already occurred).

5. How we share your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your data only with:

• Service providers / processors that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting providers, email delivery services). These providers only process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Discord and Roblox, to the extent necessary to:
  • verify your identity and ownership of accounts and
  • add you to Roblox groups or verify membership where you have requested this.
• Authorities or third parties when required by applicable law or court order, or to protect our legal rights, users or others.

6. International data transfers

Our infrastructure and our service providers may be located in different countries. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, and your data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection, we will take appropriate safeguards to protect your data, such as using standard contractual clauses where applicable.

• for as long as your account and connections are active

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the related account linking and verification services provided by BLOX.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• have a valid Discord account and one or more valid Roblox accounts
• meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements set by Discord and Roblox in their respective Terms of Service
• be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement with us in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of the Service

Our services allows you to:

• connect your Discord account with up to a certain number of Roblox accounts (currently up to 15 Roblox accounts per Discord account);
• use your connected Roblox accounts to verify your Discord account on Discord servers that require a linked Roblox account for access or certain roles;
• optionally, if you confirm it again on Discord, be automatically added to Roblox groups for verification purposes.

Our services operates by using official and/or public APIs provided by Discord and Roblox, and by processing information returned by those APIs.

Our services is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

4. Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your Discord and Roblox accounts, including keeping your credentials secure and complying with their respective terms.
• You have the right to link any Roblox account that you connect to your Discord account via our services.
• You will not use our services to impersonate other users or to gain unauthorized access to Discord servers, Roblox groups, or any other resource.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

5. Automatic joining of Roblox groups

Our services allows certain Discord servers or features to require that your Roblox account is a member of specific Roblox groups.

If you choose to enable automatic group joining for all developers who using our api features:

• You must explicitly turn on this feature in your settings on the Website.
• You authorize us to send the necessary requests to Roblox to add your account to the required group(s) on your behalf.

You can disable this feature at any time in your settings. Disabling the feature will not automatically leave any groups you have already joined.

6. Emails and notifications

By using our services, you agree that we may send you emails to the email address associated with your Discord account in order to:

• notify you of changes to your linked accounts or verification status
• inform you about important changes to the Website or services

We will not send marketing emails about products or services outside the scope of account linking and verification.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use our services:

• in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• to attempt to circumvent bans or restrictions on Discord or Roblox
• to harass, abuse, or harm others
• to interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks
• to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our services, except where permitted by law
• to overload the APIs of Discord or Roblox in a way that violates their terms or rate limits.

Our services depends on third-party platforms and APIs (including Discord and Roblox). We have no control over and are not responsible for:

• the availability, performance, or policies of Discord or Roblox
• any changes they make to their APIs, features, or terms

Your use of Discord and Roblox is subject to their own terms, policies, and rules, which you must review and accept separately.

9. Changes to our Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to) security issues, abuse, or changes in third-party APIs.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall be limited to the amount, if any, that you have paid us for using our services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• your violation of any third-party rights, including rights of Discord or Roblox

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so to protect our services, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using our services at any time and may request deletion of stored data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
